WHAT TO EXPECT

We give a detailed safety briefing along with instruction on how to operate an ATV. Experienced tour guides are available throughout your journey to answer any questions and oversee your safety. Weight limit is 300 pounds per ATV– one driver & passenger at a time. Make sure to reserve your spot today by confirming with our security deposit of only $100 per ATV. Acknowledgement of Cancellation Policy *

If we decide that the conditions are unsafe for riding, you may reschedule your experience for a future date for free, or claim your refund per the Rockon terms and conditions per the following. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy, if you are outside of the 48 hours, we will process a refund, if you are inside the 48 hours, we offer voucher to reschedule. No call, no shows forfeit their right for a refund due to the lost opportunity cost caused by the absence. All orders that qualify for a refund will receive qualified refund of the experience, minus the credit card processing and booking fees.

Acknowledgement of Identity Proof *

At the time of arrival, we will require a valid drivers license AND the credit card that was used to make the reservation to be with you. The names on both must match. If you don’t bring both of these with you, we will not let you ride and only a partial refund will be issued.
