Rescheduling is FREE, and easy! Send an email to support@rockonrr.com and PLEASE include your Order# which was provided in your order confirmation email and text messages. 

It will also help if you share the proposed date that you wish to change the reservation to. Please note, availability and other restrictions may apply.

Merchants set their own refund policy which may be different for each experience.

Please look for any refund policies in the Rental Details section of the experience you are interested in. 

By default, there is a 72 hour cancellation policy, if you are outside of the 72 hours, we will process a refund minus the booking and processing fees, if you are inside the 72 hours, we offer rescheduling.  If for any reason, due to weather you cannot go out and we say it’s unsafe, we offer free rescheduling.

We understand, things come up, like life! No problem, cancelling is easy just follow these simple steps.

  1. Please send us an email (support@rockonrr.com) and include your order# & Cancellation Request” in the subject line. Explain your circumstance, and ask for approval of the cancellation/refund. 
  2. Once your refund/cancellation is approved by the Vendor, we will process the refund and you will receive an email receipt.

Refunds are processed during the weekdays only within business hours and per our terms.

All of our rentals, tours, and experiences are provided on-site. After booking, an email will be sent to you with the exact address to drive to.

All address and info needed to get to your rental will be provided in your order receipt that you receive after placing an order.

If you were born prior to January 1, 1988; than no – you are exempt. If born after, you will need a boaters license which you can obtain online by clicking here: boaters safety course.

No. The teams that rent the ATV’s will show you everything you need to know prior to riding. However, Rockon is serious about cautioning our customers about the risks associated with riding these types of vehicles, because some if not most are preventable through safe driving techniques. We highly recommend taking a safety course at the free ATV Safety Institute or elsewhere. This course is the best place for adults and teens to start on their path to understanding all-terrain vehicles and safe riding strategies. The course includes videos, pictures, and interactive games to make it a fun and effective learning experience. During the course, users take progress quizzes and receive a certificate upon successful completion. The entire course takes approximately 2.5 hours to complete. You can stop at any point and your progress will be saved so that you can return and pick up where you left off.

In addition, there are other costs to reaching customer online, such as marketing, customer service, and technology.

Including using services that send SMS messaging and Emails. These services cover the costs of providing this service.
  • To provide travelers with access to a wider range of tours and activities. We provide access to a wide range of tours and activities than most individual tour or activity company does. These costs help to offset the costs of acquiring and marketing the magnitude of tours and activities.
  • To provide travelers with peace of mind. We offer travelers peace of mind by allowing travelers to book with a high that has high ratings, and can act as a third party between them and the provider. In addition, we provide customer support in case of any problems.
