DO I PICKUP MY GEAR OR WILL IT BE DELIVERED?

Each product is different, and we encourage you to work directly with the Vendor on the method of taking possession. Most Vendors will specify the method of pickup or drop off, but if not, feel free to contact us for clarity.


WHAT IF THE GEAR OR EQUIPMENT BREAKS OR STOPS WORKING WHILE IN OUR POSSESSION?

The best solution to this is to contact the Vendor directly. They will know their gear or equipment better than anyone, so contacting them directly is what is recomended.


IS THERE ATV RIDING TRAINING REQUIRED BEFORE RENTING?

Yes, we require that all ATV riders follow manufacturer and vendor instructions on training on how to operate the vehicle, including complying with all local and state laws for safety. In addition, here is a Free Online ATV Rider Training Course.


DO I NEED A BOATING LICENSE TO RENT A BOAT OR JET SKI IN FLORIDA?

AS A VENDOR HOW MUCH IS IT TO LIST MY GEAR FOR RENT?

Listing are completely free. If your gear or equipment is rented, Rockon takes a Rockon Service Fee to help run the site.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET PAID AFTER MY GEAR IS RENTED?

We use Stripe Credit Card processor as one of the industries most recognized and secure credit card processors. According to their website, it takes 5-10 business days. We encourage you to check out Stripe to confirm the latest reporting on this.


HOW DO I ADDRESS DAMAGED RENTAL GEAR?

Renters are responsible for the damage of the gear or equipment while in their possession. For one, every Vendor shall properly document the product prior to each listing by using videos and images date stamped immediately prior to the listing reservation. Doing this, typically prevents any misunderstandings. However, if damage is incurred when the rental is returned, don’t panic. According to our Terms, the Renter shall make an attempt resolve the issue directly with the Vendor. Review our Terms for more options.
