Rescheduling is FREE, and easy! Send an email to email@example.com and PLEASE include your Order# which was provided in your order confirmation email and text messages.
It will also help if you share the proposed date that you wish to change the reservation to. Please note, availability and other restrictions may apply.
Merchants set their own refund policy which may be different for each experience.
Please look for any refund policies in the Rental Details section of the experience you are interested in.
By default, there is a 72 hour cancellation policy, if you are outside of the 72 hours, we will process a refund minus the booking and processing fees, if you are inside the 72 hours, we offer rescheduling. If for any reason, due to weather you cannot go out and we say it’s unsafe, we offer free rescheduling.
