Merchants set their own refund policy which may be different for each experience.
Please look for any refund policies in the Rental Details section of the experience you are interested in.Â
By default, there is a 72 hour cancellation policy, if you are outside of the 72 hours, we will process a refund minus the booking and processing fees, if you are inside the 72 hours, we offer rescheduling. If for any reason, due to weather you cannot go out and we say it’s unsafe, we offer free rescheduling.
