To help operate the Rockon platform, we charge a service fee to Vendors when a booking is confirmed.

Fees for Reservations

Vendor service fees

The Vendor service fee is generally 10% for the Rockon Platform to operate. This fee is calculated from the reservation subtotal and is automatically deducted from the payout to the Vendor.

Stripe Credit Card Processing Fee

We use Stripe as a Credit Card Processor. For fees associated with your Stripe Connect account, refer to https://stripe.com/us/connect/pricing. These fees are deducted prior to any other deductions above.
