CANCELLATION POLICY
- If we decide that the conditions are unsafe for riding, you may reschedule your experience for a future date for free, or claim your refund per the Rockon terms & conditions. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy, if you are outside of the 72 hours, we will process a refund, if you are inside the 72 hours, we offer 50% refund. No call, no shows forfeit their right for a refund due to the lost opportunity cost caused by the absence. All orders that qualify for a refund will receive qualified refund of the experience, minus the credit card processing and booking fees.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Security Deposit Pre-Authorization will be taken on the day of the experience for each machine, and released when returned provided there is no damage.
- Operator must be 25 years of age or older, and passenger must be 16 years of age or older.
