Our Single Kayak experience is designed for the individual explorer. With a capacity of 275 pounds, you can comfortably paddle your way through the sparkling waters of Lake Norman.

Booking your kayak is simple. Make your reservation 24 hours in advance and we'll deliver a minimum of 2 kayaks to your chosen location, with our primary delivery location being the Ramsey Creek Park Boat Ramp 18441 Nantz Rd, Cornelius, NC 28031. For a minimum cost of $180, we can also deliver to locations up to 40 minutes outside of Cornelius, including the surrounding Charlotte areas​. We also deliver to the Mountain Island Lake off of 60" Access St, Huntersville NC 28078 with no delivery charge.

Please note that each participant will need to fill out a liability waiver. For minors, the waiver must bear their name and carry the signature of a parent or guardian.

• Single Kayak Rental: The service includes the rental of single kayaks. The single kayak has a maximum capacity of 275 pounds.
• Liability Waiver: For your safety and peace of mind, the service includes the provision of a liability waiver that each participant must fill out before embarking on their adventure​.
• Guidelines and Support: Good Times Water Sports provides guidelines for safe and responsible use of their kayaks, and ensures support is available if needed. Life Jackets must be worn at all times.

When you hire Good Times Water Sports, you are signing up for a seamless and adventurous experience designed around your convenience and enjoyment. As a mobile delivery service, we bring the kayaks to your chosen location, eliminating the need for transportation on your part. You can expect the punctual arrival of your kayaks, whether you're at home or already at the lake, ready to launch into your adventure. Our primary delivery location is the Ramsey Creek Park Boat Ramp in Cornelius, NC, but we can also deliver to other locations in the surrounding Charlotte areas for a minimal fee​.

Once you've received your kayaks, the entire breadth of Lake Norman or Mountain Island Lake awaits you. You have hours to explore this beautiful locale at your own pace. Immerse yourself in the serene environment, discover hidden beaches, take a swim in the beautiful waters, or visit the charming small island located within the lakes. The lake is yours to explore, the adventure is sure to be unforgettable. Safety is a top priority for us, and we require each participant to fill out a liability waiver before they embark on their adventure. Ensuring your safety and upholding our commitment to environmental responsibility. With Good Times Water Sports, you can expect a fun, safe, and unique experience on the waters.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All bookings must be paid in full. You can cancel your reservation before 48 hours from your reserved time. Any order qualifying for a refund will receive the amount of the authorized refund activity minus the processing fee per Rockon's Terms and a 10% holding fee. Within 48 hours from your reserved time, there are no refunds. For weekly rentals you must pay the cost of the rental in full plus a refundable security deposit of 100% which is a hold and not a charge. This security deposit is given back as long the equipment is returned and in good condition. If there is damages, we will pay for the damages with the security deposit and return the remaining amount. Should you decide to cancel before 48 hours from your reservation date, you will receive a full refund of the refundable security deposit and the cost of your rental minus a 25% holding fee. Should you decide to cancel within 48 hours, there are no refunds. A credit card must be on file in case of any damages or loss of equipment. 
• If the weather is bad, such as storms, lightening, heavy rain, we will not allow you to go out and will reschedule you/your party for another day.
•  I do understand that if I am late returning from the water, there will be a $30 late fee per hour starting 15 minutes after my agreed return time.
• I do understand if I am late passed my reserved time, I will be charged a $5 fee per each 15 minutes. If I am over an hour late of my reserved time, my reservation will be canceled and not be rescheduled.
• Any order qualifying for a refund will receive the amount of the authorized refund of the activity minus the processing and service fee per Rockons terms.
