Any cancellation prior to 72 hours of the start time of your rentals can receive 100% full refund minus the booking and processing fees. Please see additional explanation in our terms. If cancellation is within the 72 hours, a credit will be provided for the full amount. In the event there is a no contact from the customer prior to the rental, and customer does not appear for the rental, there is no refunds. In the event you made your reservation on the same day, or within the 72 hour cancellation, the same rules, process, and procedures apply.
