Cancellation:

In the event of a cancellation of a boat rental reservation, Marina Del Rey at Mission Inn Resort & Club shall be entitled to payment of the following cancellation fees as liquidated damages on account of such cancellation. It is understood and agreed that in entering into this Agreement, Marina Del Rey at Mission Inn Resort & Club has removed the boat(s) reserved herein from the marketplace and has relied upon such reservation provided for in the Agreement to the exclusion of other business opportunities.

It is also understood and agreed by the renter that the cancellation of this Agreement will result in the loss of the boat rental revenue to Marina Del Rey at Mission Inn Resort & Club which will not be able to be recovered.

Marina Del Rey at Mission Inn Resort & Club requires 48 hour notice for the cancellation of your scheduled reservation.

Due to the unpredictability of the weather same day cancellations for weather related purposes will be rescheduled or refunded.

Late Fee:

There will be a $50 fee for any motorized boat returned late, up to one hour.  Any motorized boat returned after one hour late, will be charged for the entire day rental.

Kayaks returned late will be charged for the next hour at the current hourly rate.

All boats must be returned one hour prior to sunset, NO EXCEPTIONS.
