RULES
- Minimum rental age is 21 years old
- Security Deposit of $1,000.00 is required with all boats, payable via Credit Card at time of launch
- If you were born on or after January 1, 1988 you are required to either have successfully completed a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA).

CANCELLATION POLICY
- If we decide that the conditions are unsafe for riding, you may reschedule your experience for a future date for free, or claim your refund per the Rockon terms & conditions. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy, if you are outside of the 72 hours, we will process a refund, if you are inside the 72 hours, we offer rescheduling only. No call, no shows forfeit their right for a refund due to the lost opportunity cost caused by the absence. Kindly contact us for any questions or clarifications with these terms prior to booking a reservation. All orders that qualify for a refund will received 100% refund of the experience, minus the credit card processing and booking fees.
Please know that we do our very best to accommodate every circumstance, but also understand that many of our experiences take a lot of preparation and costs prior to your arrival of your experience to be sure we make it the best it can be. For that reason, we have setup the following cancellation policies.
Any cancellation prior to 72 hours of the start time of your rentals can receive 100% full refund minus the booking and processing fees. Please see additional explanation in our terms.
If cancellation is within the 72 hours, a credit will be provided for the full amount. In the event there is a no contact from the customer prior to the rental, and customer does not appear for the rental, there is no refunds.
In the event you made your reservation on the same day, or within the 72 hour cancellation, the same rules, process, and procedures apply. Therefore any cancellation within the 72 hours will be provided a full credit.
