If we decide that the conditions are unsafe for riding, you may reschedule your experience for a future date for free, or claim your refund per the Rockon terms & conditions. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy, if you are outside of the 72 hours, we will process a refund, if you are inside the 72 hours, we offer rescheduling only. No call, no shows forfeit their right for a refund due to the lost opportunity cost caused by the absence. Reservation guests that arrive without purchasing required insurance, don't have means to pay the deposit, or fail to sign liability waivers on-site will not be able to rent and are not eligible for a refund. Kindly contact us for any questions or clarifications with these terms prior to booking a reservation. All orders that qualify for a refund will receive 100% refund of the experience, minus the credit card processing and booking fees.
