Our Single Kayak experience is designed for the individual explorer. With a capacity of 275 pounds, you can comfortably paddle your way through the sparkling waters of Mountain Island Lake .

Booking your kayak is simple. Make your reservation 24 hours in advance and we'll deliver your kayaks to your chosen location, with our primary delivery location being at the Mountain Island Neck Rd. Boat Ramp, Duke Access Rd, Huntersville, NC. For a minimum cost of $120 and a small delivery fee, we can also deliver to locations up to 40 minutes outside of Huntersville NC, including the surrounding Charlotte areas​.

The beauty of Mountain Island Lake awaits your discovery, and with Lake iKayak Charlotte, you're in control of your adventure. Pack a mini cooler, your favorite snacks, cool beverages, and a waterproof speaker to complement the natural symphony of the lake. Please note that each participant will need to fill out a liability waiver. For minors, the waiver must bear their name and carry the signature of a parent or guardian.

• Liability Waiver: For your safety and peace of mind, the service includes the provision of a liability waiver that each participant must fill out before embarking on their adventure​.
• Guidelines and Support: iKayak Charlotte provides guidelines for safe and responsible use of their kayaks, and ensures support is available if needed. Life Jackets must be worn at all times.

When you hire iKayak Charlotte, you are signing up for a seamless and adventurous experience designed around your convenience and enjoyment. As a mobile delivery service, we bring the kayaks to your chosen location, eliminating the need for transportation on your part. You can expect the punctual arrival of your kayaks, whether you're at home or already at the lake, ready to launch into your adventure. Our primary delivery location is the Mountain Island Neck Rd. Boat Ramp, off of Duke Access Rd, Huntersville NC but we can also deliver to other locations in the surrounding Charlotte areas for a minimal fee​.

Once you've received your kayaks, the entire breadth of Mountain Island Lake awaits you. You have hours to explore this beautiful locale at your own pace. Immerse yourself in the serene environment, discover hidden beaches, take a swim in the beautiful waters, or visit the charming small island located within the lakes. The lake is yours to explore, the adventure is sure to be unforgettable. You can pack a mini cooler with your favorite snacks and beverages, and even bring along a small waterproof speaker to enjoy some tunes while you paddle​.

Safety is a top priority for us, and we require each participant to fill out a liability waiver before they embark on their adventure. Ensuring your safety and upholding our commitment to environmental responsibility. With iKayak Charlotte, you can expect a fun, safe, and unique experience on the waters.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All bookings must be paid in full. You can cancel your reservation before 48 hours from your reserved time. Any order qualifying for a refund will receive the amount of the authorized refund activity minus the processing fee per Rockon’s Terms of 13%. Within 48 hours from your reserved time, there are no refunds.
• Since our calendar is blocked off and we can not take other bookings, for daily/weekly rentals and larger groups, we have a 7 day cancellation policy of a full refund minus the processing fee per Rockon’s terms and the credit processing of 3%. You must pay the cost of the rental in full plus a refundable security deposit of 100% which is a hold and not a charge. This security deposit is given back as long the equipment is returned and in good condition. If there is damages, we will pay for the damages with the security deposit and return the remaining amount. Should you decide to cancel before 48 hours up until the 7 day cancellation period from your reservation date, you will receive a full refund of the refundable security deposit plus the cost of your rental minus a 25% holding fee, and 13% processing fee per Rockon’s terms. Should you decide to cancel within 48 hours, there are no refunds.
• There must be a credit card on file in case of any damages or loss of equipment.
• If the weather is bad, such as storms, lightening, heavy rain, we will not allow you to go out and will reschedule you/your party for another day.
