Refund Policy

You are accepting our cancellation/voucher policy. Tours and or Training purchases are issued a voucher this voucher is applied to your reservation and or class training. Our Policy states the following; We do not refund reservations made for classes nor tour options. All deposits will remain in effect until redeemed, including guests whom have paid in full for their tour if the following criteria is met; For any booking/reservation to receive a return voucher with out a expiration date or for a deposit to remain in effect guests must cancel, change or edit the original booking no less than 5 days prior to departure including to add a extension of any deposits paid However once we are with in 4 days of your departure time your tickets are non-refundable including bookings made with in 4 days of departure date & time, late arrivals-missing the required prep work for all tours, rentals, all no shows,missing the boat are all non-refundable a voucher would not be issued in any of these cases. We must strictly enforce this policy due guest arriving before and or after you, including the scheduling of crew needed to perform your tour or training with us. Please allow time for unexpected stops and traffic. Guest are responsible for all rental gear and must return gear in good working order, guest will be charged for broken or lost items. Protect your self by the purchase of rental gear insurance ask your reservations specialist for details. If we Cancel your tour you will be offered a return voucher with out a expiration date. We do not cancel due to rain nor cooler weather. If we must return to dock early due to unforeseen circumstances or at guest request your tickets are non refundable and are not discounted, a return voucher would not be issued. Any Re-booking Voucher fee shall apply the fee is $75.00 1-6 guests, $150.00 7-12 guests fee continues in $75 increments per guests head count. We do not consider cancellations from airlines, hotel stays etc. a compliant reason for a cancellation and would not issue a return voucher is this occurs with in 4 days prior to departure. A phone message left for a cancellation will not be honored email us diving@seadaddysdivecenter.com or speak with personnel if you do not receive a cancellation email your tour has not been cancelled and you shall be held to our policy. If you have a balance due at check in this should be paid in cash to avoid additional tax and or processing fees. Check in time can be hectic for guests please consider pre-payment of tour in paid in full to avoid check in issues, additionally having completed release of liability waivers in hand or release confirmation email ready to provide at check in of each guests will decrease check in time regardless of the check in process we must keep our schedule and start on time. Dry tour Guest Manatee Viewers/Observers should arrive no later than 15 mins prior to departure. Are You Traveling with Pets? Pets/guide dogs allowed with the purchase of a private tour only and are non-refundable if we must return to dock early due to guidelines with animals, example biting, growling, barking or jumping in the water your tickets are non-refundable. Are You Traveling with Children? All minors must be accompanied by parent/guardian at all times including on the Boat or in the Water. Children 6 years and under must remain in a Coast Guard Approved Life Vest per Coast Guard Regulations. Minors with guardian at all times in the water or on the boat and or at our dive facility. Dive Students Scuba Divers/Dive Trips must cancel 8 days prior to departure time. All the Above Applies including we can not issue a voucher for self supplied gear resulting in a no dive, a re-booking fee of $145.00 per student shall be applied if a cancellation of class is with in 7 days of class start time additionally we will not issue a voucher for a return class date unless the student pays the re-booking fee of $145.00. however if the cancellation is 8 days or more prior to class start you will be issued a voucher in this case the student would not be responsible for a $145.00 re-scheduling class fee. Gift Card Purchasers: Please note: Gift cards may be used on any items in the store for tours or training, gift cards hold no cash value and can not be changed cancelled nor refunded, you may use the gift card up to one year from the date of purchase.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Please know that we do our very best to accommodate every circumstance, but also understand that many of our experiences take a lot of preparation and costs prior to your arrival of your experience to be sure we make it the best it can be. For that reason, we have setup the following cancellation policies.

Any cancellation prior to 72 hours of the start time of your rentals can receive 100% full refund minus the booking and processing fees. Please see additional explanation in our terms.

If cancellation is within the 72 hours, a credit will be provided for the full amount. In the event there is a no contact from the customer prior to the rental, and customer does not appear for the rental, there is no refunds.

In the event you made your reservation on the same day, or within the 72 hour cancellation, the same rules, process, and procedures apply. Therefore any cancellation within the 72 hours will be provided a full credit.
