SUP Yoga will challenge your body and help you develop a greater sense of mindfulness, focus, balance & breathing while increasing your work out to your quads, shoulders, arms, & core! You will become more in tune with your poses all while engaging your core muscles and improve & advance your balance skills!
The gentle sound of water will help ease your mind and relax your body!
Anyone can do it! It’s fun and easier than you think! This class is approximately 1.5 hours long and is taught by a 500 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor.
Inclement Weather Policy:
Here at Gulf Coast Kayak your safety and comfort are our highest priorities! If we need to cancel your Kayaking or SUP excursion due to inclement weather, we will contact you ONE HOUR prior to your scheduled departure time and do our best to reschedule you. If there is threat of a thunderstorm, lightning, high winds or other severe weather, we will not put you on the water.
