WHAT TO EXPECT
Drivers must be at least 15-and-a-half years of age with a learner’s permit. Meet at the time you chose for your tour near Sedona. Listen to a short safety orientation before getting your helmet, goggles, and gloves for your ATV adventure. Hop in the 13-passenger van as you ride over to the trailhead. Your guide gets you situated with your ATV, and then leads you and your group on an exploration through the area.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. If we decide that the conditions are unsafe for riding, you may reschedule your experience for a future date for free, or claim your refund per the Rockon terms & conditions. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy, if you are outside of the 72 hours, we will process a refund, if you are inside the 72 hours, we offer 50% refund. No call, no shows forfeit their right for a refund due to the lost opportunity cost caused by the absence. All orders that qualify for a refund will receive qualified refund of the experience, minus the credit card processing and booking fees.
