CANCELLATION POLICY
- There is a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of the 72 hours, we will process a full refund minus the booking & processing fees. If you cancel within the 72 hours, we offer free rescheduling. If for any reason, due to weather you cannot go out and we say it’s unsafe, we will process a full refund minus the booking and processing fees.
Please know that we do our very best to accommodate every circumstance, but also understand that many of our experiences take a lot of preparation and costs prior to your arrival of your experience to be sure we make it the best it can be. For that reason, we have setup the following cancellation policies.
Any cancellation prior to 72 hours of the start time of your rentals can receive 100% full refund minus the booking and processing fees. Please see additional explanation in our terms.
If cancellation is within the 72 hours, a credit will be provided for the full amount. In the event there is a no contact from the customer prior to the rental, and customer does not appear for the rental, there is no refunds.
In the event you made your reservation on the same day, or within the 72 hour cancellation, the same rules, process, and procedures apply. Therefore any cancellation within the 72 hours will be provided a full credit.
