What sets us apart? Not only are ATV Rentals Orlando fully insured and licensed to operate in Withlacoochie State Forest in Brooksville FL, but we won’t add any additional fees on top of our already reasonable prices. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If we decide that the conditions are unsafe for riding, you may reschedule your experience for a future date for free, or claim your refund per the Rockon terms & conditions. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy, if you are outside of the 72 hours, we will process a refund, if you are inside the 72 hours, we offer 50% refund. No call, no shows forfeit their right for a refund due to the lost opportunity cost caused by the absence. All orders that qualify for a refund will receive qualified refund of the experience, minus the credit card processing and booking fees.

Please know that we do our very best to accommodate every circumstance, but also understand that many of our experiences take a lot of preparation and costs prior to your arrival of your experience to be sure we make it the best it can be. For that reason, we have setup the following cancellation policies.Any cancellation prior to 72 hours of the start time of your rentals can receive 100% full refund minus the booking and processing fees. Please see additional explanation in our terms.If cancellation is within the 72 hours, a credit will be provided for the full amount. In the event there is a no contact from the customer prior to the rental, and customer does not appear for the rental, there is no refunds.In the event you made your reservation on the same day, or within the 72 hour cancellation, the same rules, process, and procedures apply. All orders that qualify for a refund will receive qualified refund of the experience, minus the credit card processing and booking fees.

At the time of arrival, we will require a valid drivers license AND the credit card that was used to make the reservation to be with you. The names on both must match. If you don’t bring both of these with you, we will not let you ride and only a partial refund will be issued.

If you have two or more single-seat machines selected above, and would prefer a two-seater to replace (2) single-seaters, check this box and we will try our best to accommodate it. The cost of the two-seater is the same as (2) single-seat machines. We cannot guarantee the two-seater will be available at the time of your reservation, but if you elect to prefer it, we will do our best.
