If you were born on or after January 1, 1988 you are required to either have successfully completed a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA).
If we decide that the conditions are unsafe for riding, you may reschedule your experience for a future date for free, or claim your refund per the Rockon terms & conditions. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you are outside of the 24 hours, we will process a refund, if you are inside the 24 hours, we offer rescheduling only. No call, no shows forfeit their right for a refund due to the lost opportunity cost caused by the absence. Kindly contact us for any questions or clarifications with these terms prior to booking a reservation. All orders that qualify for a refund will received 100% refund of the experience, minus the credit card processing and booking fees.
